Challenge:
The American Center for Excellence is a startup company, established in November 2017. The challenge is to raise awareness among the university students and young professionals on the practical courses offered at the center and develop acquisition strategies through social media
Solution:
Created a digital ecosystem at a minimal cost composed of a website and social media presence. A content strategy was implemented on social media coupled with effective ads optimization and outreach programs. We were able to generate over 5000 leads over a period of 3 months

Client:
Nahaz Investment Company
Business Type:
Corporate Investment
Audience:
Corporates and High Net Worth Individuals
Objective:
Arabic copywriting
Challenge:
Create content that is creative, easy to read, compelling and optimized for search engines. It’s a challenge to transfer generic ideas and customize them to a local culture such as that of Saudi Arabia. In most cases, one may find a complete expression or a sentence that works well in one Arab local culture but not in another. Furthermore, the brief was communicated on the phone following excerpts and succinct summaries in English language. So we literally had a couple of pages to work on and expand.
Solution:
Arabic is a highly meaning-sensitive language. It also requires someone with a comprehensive knowledge of the nuances of the language. We were able to factor in the mindset and culture of the target audience while providing true and accurate information about the products the client is promoting.

Client:
L’atelier Du Cuir
Business Type:
Fashion
Audience:
Fashion-Savvy Customers interested in leather products
Objective:
Setting up social media profiles from scratch and promoting the client’s services online. This includes copywriting (English/ Arabic), graphic design and choosing web domain name and hosting services.
Challenge:
The client came to us with nothing but an idea and very little budget for advertising. We had to meet with them every time we needed to showcase a product and promote it on social media.
Solution:
We knew the secret was to create quality content that was share-worthy. Since they had no budget for setting up a website, we started out by creating an online store on Facebook. We suggested a series of photo shooting sessions to feature their products in the best light. We also established contact with Instagram influencers and negotiated with them on behalf of the client.
The client now has a prosperous and profitable online business on Facebook and Instagram.

Client:
SBO- Sho Badak Online
Business Type:
E-commerce- Fashion items
Audience:
Fashion-savvy yet price-sensitive customers
Objective:
Set up e-commerce platforms and transform selling from in-store into online
Challenge:
Promote fashion items (sunglasses, watches, faux bijoux, wallets, bags) to different market segments across Lebanon. The challenge was to promote numerous posts on Facebook and Instagram in Arabic and English, each targeting a different audience. Content creation and designs had to be carried out in a young, witty, out of the box and trendy tone of voice.
Solution:
We conducted a series of professional photo shooting sessions. Images were then photoshoped to ideal social media dimensions. We created a Shopify website and added over 2000 SKUs in a record time. Social media promotions encouraged customers to share content, tag friends and ultimately shop on-site. In addition, Google advertising was used to invite customers to the site.
The client was able to make unprecedented sales figures during the very first month of the campaign. Mothers Day campaign cleared out the store’s Swarovski inventory in a week.

Client:
Mira Training Center
Business Type:
Professional Training Center
Audience:
Upper Lower professionals, vocational college graduates, self-starters Attract new clients and keep in touch with existing ones
Objective:
Set up e-commerce platforms and transform selling from in-store into online
Challenge:
Until very recently, MTC has relied heavily on classified ads to promote its services. Although this approach has achieved minor success, it presented a major problem. Classified papers are perishable by nature. People throw papers as soon as they read them. Additionally, papers don’t provide a targeted marketing solution. Anyone reads them, even those who are not interested. They’re not animated and unless designed carefully, they don’t stand out.
Solution:
We started with ‘page engagement’ ads. Instantly, MTC started receiving 7-10 times the phone calls usually instigated by classified ads. That’s because demographic, geographic, and behavioral patterns were taken into account. At a later stage, Google Ads, Facebook carousel ads and lead generation forms were introduced leading to even higher levels of engagement.

Client:
Alberto Department Store
Business Type:
Retail shopping center with emphasis on cosmetics and trendy fashion accessories.
Audience:
Mainly single and married ladies with children
Objective:
Attract clients residing in Keserwan area
Challenge:
Alberto Department Store was suffering from customer churn. Having been in the market for 23 years, brand appeal to younger generation started to fade. Old customers have literally outgrown the store’s products. A change was needed. The challenge was to rejuvenate the brand and attract younger generations.
Solution:
Interviews were conducted with a number of the store’s younger customers. Results showed that current cosmetics brands did not match the preference of young fashion-savvy customers. An effort was made to revamp most of the makeup brands at the store. A highly targeted Facebook campaign followed. In-store engagement grew immediately afterward. At one time, the owner invited over a makeup artist to perform free makes up sessions to his lady clients. We thought it was a perfect opportunity to promote this event using Facebook Lead Generation forms. The ad invited ladies to book free makeup sessions. Although the budget spent was $20, 15 ladies showed up and started browsing for cosmetics and other items showcased at the store. It was a huge success!

Insights revealed that BSO’s customers read Lebanon Opportunities magazine and surf their Facebook and Instagram accounts right after the daily television news program. Talks are currently underway with the magazine to launch an advertorial. In parallel, a series of highly targeted Facebook posts and animations are published on a bi-weekly basis. Facebook lead generation forms were used to spread awareness and drive sales. Social media campaigns alone generated over 500 leads in a month’s time.
